Community BBQ & Motown Show

Our largest event of the year!

Every year, we just like to celebrate our community! Come join us!

This event began in 2011 at a pavilion in Sugar House park. We served burgers and hot dogs and had a small band to a small attendance of about 200 people. 

Now in collaboration with Excellence in the Community, we have grown this event to nearly 8,000, providing one of the best Motown shows in the nation free to you!

We've invited caterers and food trucks to serve BBQ if you're hungry and they'll be a beverage cart as well. 

Our corporate members will have booths to engage with and win prizes, along with some activities for your young ones.
