Lux, previously known as Le Croissant Catering and Events, has been operating in Salt Lake City for 30 years and is one of Utah’s 13 original benefit corporations. Kelly helped lobby for passage of the law authorizing benefit corporation registration in Utah. Hello Bulk has been operating in Salt Lake City for four years and is in the process of becoming a Benefit LLC. Jamaica has helped in the development of P3 Utah’s impact toolkit and is also involved in a new benefit LLC venture called The Neighborhood Hive. Both companies have had to make substantial adjustments to keep functioning through the Covid 19 Pandemic. The session will feature some starter questions and extensive Q & A. Submit questions for GFBT BC 4/20/21 in advance to contact@p3utah.org The fireside chat is co-hosted by Impact Hub Salt Lake and P3 Utah.
